A curated consulting practice across strategy, brand, build, growth, and legal. Sixteen capabilities in five categories. Value-based pricing, no rigid packages, no standing team.

Externally the practice is presented as an adaptive expert network with reach across ten offices on four continents. Internally it is one person running the whole thing as a system. The gap between how it presents and how it is run is deliberate, and is where the leverage lives.

Behind it sits a suite of purpose-built tools, each one paired with a WordPress plugin: a free front-door diagnostic, a business-plan builder with a live financial model, a white-labeled client portal with e-signature and weekly status memos, a proposal builder, a finance back office, a KPI dashboard, a testimonial engine, and a lead engine. Operations management sits at the center of all of it, so that one person can hold two clients at retainer without either one noticing they are the second.

A personal operating system that consolidates more than fifty life systems, a native artificial intelligence assistant, and a live wallpaper engine into a single dashboard. Family sharing. Calendar, medications, meals, and a full money system built in, with live bank sync.

Live in production after hundreds of shipped rounds in its first year, and always being updated. The AI assistant is not a bolt-on; every system knows how to be talked to. Built for the web, installable as an app, and packaged for the Microsoft Store.

Built alone, in the open, on the theory that a personal operating system should be buildable by one person if it is worth building at all. Every round of shipping is a test of the operations underneath the software.

The site is also a test of my own operations. If I cannot maintain my own site with the same weekly cadence as the letter, the whole positioning collapses.

Something new, under mutual confidentiality with the people involved. The kind of thing I do not talk about until they are ready to.
